A Sonnet.

So, a few weeks ago I decided to try something new which I soon found out was very difficult. I decided to try writing a sonnet. The thing is, I had never before written one and English isn't my first language so writing a text that has so many rules was really a challenge.  This is far from the best i'v ever written but here you go, let's say it's about you? Okay? To get out more feeling from what your actually reading, or you can just try to pretend being the person who wrote it. Your choice.

A tap on my port was all I wished for.
One day I was in the hall, just got home.
Suddenly there was a knock on my door.
Soon my life would turn in to this syndrome,
Love it’s name must be; what is this feeling,
This one feeling I could not understand.
By the door was thee so very appealing.
Thou took my hand, let’s walk the meadowland.
The nature’s change; look close there is the sea.
Get on the ship to safety, the wind knows.
The wind will guide thee to the land of free.
I’ll be thyn as long as the river flows.
In thy arms I will rest, thee my life’s core.

Safely and glad to a bridge I will moor.

Halloween

I know Halloween was this Thursday but since you usually don't have parties on Thursdays and also since we couldn't be at my place it had to be on a friday. This year I decided to go for a better costume then the other years and to wear more make up. Last years and some before that I've been some sort of not-scary-at-all-witch, but now I tried skeleton. Or half at least.

The other years costume, some years with less makeup.

We where few in the "coolest-Halloween-party-evah", Red riding hood, Beetlejuice and the half skeleton.
We watched two movies, Beetlejuice (might be quite obvious) and The nightmare before Christmas which is a sort of tradition.
Also we danced around in my living room looking silly, eat a lot of food, drank a lot of tea, played Cluedo (a parlor game) and then we ate some more.

Coolest cookie made by Beetlejuice.

Most people don't call this a party, but it's sounds fun and it's was fun so whatever.

Here's this years makeup at least and now I can't wait to next years Halloween!

My Speech about Doctor Who. (A school assignment)

I’m just going to make it clear that I will to talk about a British television-show.

Did you know that when the episodes are playing, there are around 6.1 million people sitting

in total silence every episode, not looking at the phones just focusing on the show, and that’s

just in Britain.

People assume that Doctor Who is just a straight progression from a season to season, but

actually from a non-linear, non-subjective view point it’s more like a big ball of wibbely-
wobbely, timey-wimey... stuff.

Doctor Who has been in the Guinness World Records for two things, for the longest running

si-fi television-show and for the “most successful” si.fi series of all time – based on it’s over

all broadcast ratings, DVD, books sales and iTunes traffic.

November 23 1963 the television show started, so this November there will be the 50th

anniversary of the show.

The show is divided in two parts, the classic series and the new ones. The classic is from

1963 to 1996 and the new ones from 2005 until now. You don’t necessarily have to watch the

classic ones to understand the new ones.

So, Doctor Who is a British Si-Fi television show and which might be quite obvious, the main

character is called “The Doctor” and it’s about him and his companions, both male and female

characters. The Doctor is a Time Lord, which means, his an alien. He looks like a human

and one of the biggest different is that he got two hearts. The whole plot is about him and his

companions protecting the earth and saving the universe. They travel in a time machine called

the TARDIS, which is short for Time And Relative Dimension In Space. The TARDIS looks

like a police box.

So, why should you watch Doctor Who? Well, there are many reasons why, but here’s a few:

there’s not so much violence, so if you want to you can watch it with your family. And there’s

not that much sex either and I really think that that is one fantastic thing, that you don’t need

violence ore sex to make a TV-show brilliant! The show also has strong characters both male

and female. All characters are different to each other and their personality isn’t based on their

gender.

Well and why shouldn’t you want to watch it? Just as all TV-shows it will take a lot of time

to watch it. The new series are seven seasons but just try to take it in your own time and

I’m sure you will enjoy it. Some people might say that it sounds complicated and that’s not

totally wrong. This show is actually a bit complicated but as everything, let it take some time

and soon enough you will understand. And don’t be like “I know what’s gonna happen next”

because you don’t know, this is not a show of logic. Not in to Si-Fi? No problem, I personally

don’t think that is a big problem. There’s a lot of wonderful dialog, they don’t just spit out the

words, they say something meaningful. The relations between the characters and the message

they bring is so wonderful and something you can use in real life. One last problem might be

that some people say it’s a bit boring in the beginning but come on, the first season is from

2005, and the technology and special effects just wasn't so good back then. Let it take some

time and you’ll see that it is getting better and better.

This speech is ending, but the story never ends. We’re all stories in the end; just make it a

good one. You where fantastic class and you know what? So was I!

Chai latte.

Yesterday me and two friends went shopping for our crafting-day-thingy: colour, glitter, lace, thights and some other stuff. We will use them next Sunday when we will try to make our own fairy wings for Halloween costumes and maybe have a photo-shoot.

When we where done we went to a cafe named "Espresso house" which is just on the opposite side of the street where the wonderful si-fi bookstore is placed. We ordered the things we want, which in my case happens to be a chai latte (like ordinary latte but with tea instead of coffee, quite sweet with lots of flavour) and I thought "safe choice" as we sat down. I started drinking and... Ew.
Really, it tasted like plastics or something, I did not enjoy it at all. I went asking in the desk if there was something wrong with it and if I could get a new one, but what happens to be the case is that they don't do it by hand anymore (I know they don't do it fully by hand normally but this), instead it contains some sort of powder, water and fluffy milk on the top...
I felt so disappointed and I also felt a bit tricked. I did not get what I thought I ordered and it felt like I drunk something that would be only powderised (not even sure this is a word, otherwise, here you go, new word) plastic. Luckily enough I got a cup of plain tea instead and I'll probably stick to that in the feature.
To sum up: my bad luck week continued until the very end of the week. Oh well, at least a had good company.

My new awesome cup, proud hufflepuff.

Some of the material. ~

- Oh, just me again.

Nothing works out.

GAAAAAH. Okey, now it feels better.

Really, on the latest time, everything is just crashing and nothing wants to work out. What do you do whrm nothing works out?
I have no idea, I just watch a lot of Doctor Who and other movies, not doing the things I should be doing.
I actually have a ton of homework to do, but right now I just feel like I can't.

It's finally weekend and the first plans walked right in to a wall, but that's okey, I mean that happens? The second plan? Does the same. When the third one work, which is me and a friend playing Ragnarok online 2, my internet goes: "FUCK NO I HATE YOU GO AND DO SOMETHING ELSE, NO I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT, NO YOU CAN'T PLAY RAGNAROK, NO JUST SHUT UP!?=#")#/()"/46)(!"
I think my internet connection have it's bad week or something like that.

Then we walk over to my friend house to try play there, even tough she has a cat (I'm allergic) and it's not really working her either.

If today's dinner at a local Chinese food restaurant fails, I will probably melt in the anger of nothing working out.

- Oh, just me again.

Feelin' ill.

Have you ever herd someone telling you that a hot bath is good if you feel ill? I tried today, and I would defiantly not recommend that. After taking the hot bath and really trying not to fall asleep in it, I thought I was going to faint. I have fainted before and the whole rum were spinning around, I had to sit down in the bed for like an half an hour and then drink a lot a water.
When being ill, taking a shower could be a really good idea to make you feel better, also some fresh air, new sheets, a lot of tea (or something else to drink) and some sleep.
So, today's tips: don't take hot baths when being a bit ill. And eat ice cream, people assume that it's not helping, I'm sure it does, and if I'm wrong, then you just got to eat a tasty ice cream, right?

- Oh, just me again.

Go Eco!

Okey, so as you might know, more people are talking about eating organic food and to by the right thing from the supermarket.
But whats right and what does all the marks say? I can only speak from what we have in the supermarkets where I live.

So, what the worst things to by when you're out buying grocery? Here you have a list on which is the worst and also why:

Apples:  Because apples are rubbish? Just a joke, and a Doctor Who referent but they actually are. Before you harvest the apples you're spraying the apples with a lot of chemicals and even if your eating apples that's from the same country as you are they still spray them about five times before it's time to harvest. Of course if you eat apples from your own garden or from a friends garden that's fine, but if your buying it in a supermarket, be careful.

Cocoa and chocolate: Even this is sprayed with chemicals and then mixed up with other ingredients to make it taste good and look nicely. But if you ignore the fact that you probably don't want to eat chemicals with trace of cocoa, you probably don't want the people that's working to have a really bad job?
Working with cocoa and other stuff like tea, bananas or grapes, you have a minimum emolument, for the work you do which is quite dangerous because of all the spraying and if something would go wrong the boss have no responsibility to do anything.

Grapes: Since the layers of an grape give almost no protection for the fruit itself, there is so much chemicals in one grape that when they did a test on a raisin, there where 26 different spraying in just one raisin. Not anything I would want to eat for a snack any more.

Bananas: Just short about this because this is definitely something horrible, people working on a farm who grow bananas gets so effected by the chemical spraying that both the person working and their kids might have the chance to get damage on their nerves.

Milk and other dairy products: Not only does a lot of cows have to suffer both from giving milk and to actually get eaten, the rain forests get cut down, also the effluent in the water and the earth will be reduced.

That's why you should for your own, your family and for other peoples best bu thing marked with (some of these are Swedish since I can only talk about thing that's in my supermarket):
KRAV, fair trade, eco, ekologiskt and rain forest alliance.

Also, if you have the shop called ICA near where you live, they have their own organic brand called I <3 eco, which from my point of view is e good one since it's not to expensive to afford either.

There's many ways of saving the earth and to be nice to your own body by eating right, taking the bike, go by bus, pawn bottles, recycle, shop from second hand and eat vegetarian food. But since many people don't want to  or can, a good way to at least start is to try eating organic food!

- Oh, just me again.

YouTube video...

I tried do one, but failed.
I filmed the whole video but i have no idea how to edit it in a good way, might be because i only have windows movie maker on my computer, but I'm stupid enough to not understand how to use it...
Even though the video wouldn't be a particularity good one, I did my best.
I woke up this morning just feeling like I really wanted to do a YouTube video but I had no idea of what it was going to be about, so, I did as my drama teacher always tell us when we improvise. If you don't know what to do, just take a normal thing from your life, like brushing your teeth, so I made a movie about my morning. Really stupid but it's something.

Fantastic feelings.

I have seen Star Wars now, and wow. If I could say that, I think it was better then expected. Or, I'm not really sure how I thought it's was going to be but I was surprised I have to admit.
I think from what I've seen my favourite characters so far is C-3P0 and R2-D2, as my friend says: they're like an old married couple. I really like them.
I really want a droid for myself now and to become a Jedi.
I have to watch 1,2 and 3 now which will be exciting, and I have already come up with so many ideas for cosplays, but I'm not sure they will ever happen but it's fun anyway.
Here in Stockholm we are a few mates having a little nerd-army (hehehe) and we actually got some activities planned now, like we will have a craft-ich-day making accessories and fairy-wings and planning for outfits to a Halloween-party we're going to have at the autumn-break. Another thing is we are going to a Japanese flea market and also to the si-fi fair in Stockholm and Sylvester McCoy will be there! His the very actor of the 7th doctor and as Radagast in The Hobbit!
Can you feel the excitement?!

A lot of snacks, yes indeed.

My mates! <3

- Oh, just me again.

Missing London and feeling productive!

Seriously? I been looking trough the pictures from London like hundred times now? I guess London is the city if my heart.
But, I actually, with some help, made some homework and I feel like a hundred tons of things-I-have-to-do-ASAP just disappeared. Do you know how nice it is to do homework in good time, not the night before it should be done? You should try that. Really. And some tea.
